Job Description

TRG Research and Development is looking to hire an Operations Manager


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage part of our operations department
  • Develop, manage, review and update operations processes
  • Responsible for the company’s purchasing processes
  • Develop and manage operations budgets
  • Implementation of new systems, applications and physical infrastructure
  • Implement and monitor global administration procedures
  • Manage, mentor and train global Office Managers
  • Overview and coordinate global travels
  • Monitor local sites maintenance – cleaning, subcontractors, etc
  • Handle new site opening
  • Manage project management budgets
  • Manage supply chain, direct-to-consumer fulfilment and wholesale operations functions
  • Manage and maintain the company’s inventory
  • Work with the HR department to deliver an excellent workplace experience
  • Actively participate in planning meetings with the HR Department
  • Overview of the execution with the company’s office managers


What Skills and Experience You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager or related is mandatory
  • Purchasing experience is mandatory
  • Experience within the IT domain is preferable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Asana experience is good to have
