Ideal Candidates:

  • Fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English at a proficient business level
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Customer service orientated
  • Professional manner and appearance
  • At least 3 years relevant experience
  • A University degree with additional legal studies will be considered an advantage

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and clients
  • Manage/direct incoming calls from clients
  • Manage/direct incoming leads from online sources
  • Record details in the CRM database system
  • Route inward and outward correspondence
  • Office organization and reporting
  • Electronic and hard copy archive of company /sales associates’ documents
  • Preparation of Agreements & Company Documents
  • Preparation of reports
  • Report to the Office Manager
  • Provide overall support and assistance to the sales associates
