Job Description

The Manager, E-Commerce and Digital Marketing will manage the execution and optimization of digital marketing efforts across properties under Melco Resorts and Entertainment. The role will support overall property marketing campaigns and objectives along with the individual BUs.

The role is expected to leverage current and future E-Commerce trends and customer / market dynamics in alignment with business goals, to deliver customized, effective and cost-efficient digital marketing programs and to drive increase of revenues.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the marketing team to explore and recommend E-Commerce opportunities to drive incremental revenue and achieve Brand awareness
  • Researches, plans and implements digital marketing campaigns to support overall BU marketing objectives such as Acquisition
  • Oversees Social Media presence for Melco, COD and C2
  • In charge of the C2 and COD websites
  • Monitors and analyses KPI and metrics to identify trends, areas of improvement of UI/UX, website content and campaigns optimization
  • Manages and executes key digital strategies including digital marketing campaigns, SEM, SEO, programmatic and digital content
  • Manages and works closely with external digital vendors/agencies
  • Prepares reports and presents them to management on a regular base
  • Subject matter expert who maintains awareness of competitive benchmarks, best practices, market trends, and competitive activity

  • Achieving KPIs as set with Strategic Marketing and Sales
    Drive traffic to all online channels
    Attract quality audience through digital channels
    Maintain high conversion rates

 

QUALIFICATIONS: –

Experience

  • Strong experience of managing projects in the area of e-Commerce branding and sales, web-based projects, platforms and interfaces
  • Experience with international markets
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing digital marketing and e-Commerce preferably in, the Hospitality industry
  • Experience with Online Travel Agents will be considered as an advantage

 

Education

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related area e.g. Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or International Studies

 

Skills / Competencies

  • Excellent Command of English language both written and verbal
  • Direct to consumer ecommerce experience is highly preferred
  • Understands and has knowledge in SEO and SEM
  • Expertise in conversion optimization
  • Multi-tasker with ability to juggle many projects
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Team player able to work with all levels within the organisation
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strong computer literacy, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to partner with multiple cross functional teams
  • Flexibility and resourceful to respond to a fast-paced work environment with shifting deadlines
