Key functions:
- Work with the leadership team to determine the training and development needs
- Administer and delivers core leadership training initiatives
- Design and create leadership development programs
- Assesses, recommends, creates, and implements leadership development processes, tools, resources, and solutions and/or organization development interventions based on strategic or tactical business plans
- Delivers leadership development courses and workshops in alignment with the Company’s goals
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends in leadership development
- Establish, execute, and monitor the rollout of leadership development programs as required
- Provide support for leadership development programs, as needed
- Build common leadership and professional skills for all employees
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter/content experts, and business partners to create and design new content, tools, and learning solutions to meet leadership capabilities needs
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor employee performance and response to training
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Proven work experience as a Leadership Trainer or similar role
- Proficiency in English and Russian
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and desire to follow the procedure
- Excellent organizational skills
- Solid communication and presentation abilities
