Key functions:

• Work with the leadership team to determine the training and development needs
• Administer and delivers core leadership training initiatives
• Design and create leadership development programs
• Assesses, recommends, creates, and implements leadership development processes, tools, resources, and solutions and/or organization development interventions based on strategic or tactical business plans
• Delivers leadership development courses and workshops in alignment with the Company’s goals
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends in leadership development
• Establish, execute, and monitor the rollout of leadership development programs as required
• Provide support for leadership development programs, as needed
• Build common leadership and professional skills for all employees
• Collaborate with internal and external subject matter/content experts, and business partners to create and design new content, tools, and learning solutions to meet leadership capabilities needs
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
• Monitor employee performance and response to training

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Proven work experience as a Leadership Trainer or similar role
• Proficiency in English and Russian
• Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
• Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and desire to follow the procedure
• Excellent organizational skills
• Solid communication and presentation abilities
