Key function

  • Provides profitability of his / her key accounts portfolio;
  • Interacts with key partners / resellers / dealers / implementation teams – finds the best solutions for portfolio partners, forms offer packages and pricing, boosts agreements signature with key account’s end customers;
  • Analyzes the competitive environment;
  • Generates sales – keeps regular communication, provides support & consultancy to the partner, monitors partner pipelines, participates in end customer meetings;
  • Fulfills planned indicators (sales plan, KPI, reporting);
  • Cooperates with marketing department, knowing current marketing and advertising initiatives for the robotics products;
  • Takes part in internal & external events, EXPOs, industrial market public activities online & offline.

 

Qualification and skills

  • Minimum 2 years of practical KAM experience (IT, B2B, preferably Robotics)
  • Good knowledge of how a distribution company works
  • High level of sales skills
  • Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level and above
  • Goal oriented, results driven with strong desire to see tasks through completion
  • Highly dynamic, self-starter who uses own initiatives to maximize value of Company
  • Ability to identify opportunities & to transform them from concept to reality
  • Realistic and pragmatic approach to objectives
  • Committed to the job and its success
  • Ability to interact professionally and comfortably at all levels within the organization (verbal, written, presentations)
  • Presentation & communication skills
