Key function
- Provides profitability of his / her key accounts portfolio;
- Interacts with key partners / resellers / dealers / implementation teams – finds the best solutions for portfolio partners, forms offer packages and pricing, boosts agreements signature with key account’s end customers;
- Analyzes the competitive environment;
- Generates sales – keeps regular communication, provides support & consultancy to the partner, monitors partner pipelines, participates in end customer meetings;
- Fulfills planned indicators (sales plan, KPI, reporting);
- Cooperates with marketing department, knowing current marketing and advertising initiatives for the robotics products;
- Takes part in internal & external events, EXPOs, industrial market public activities online & offline.
Qualification and skills
- Minimum 2 years of practical KAM experience (IT, B2B, preferably Robotics)
- Good knowledge of how a distribution company works
- High level of sales skills
- Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level and above
- Goal oriented, results driven with strong desire to see tasks through completion
- Highly dynamic, self-starter who uses own initiatives to maximize value of Company
- Ability to identify opportunities & to transform them from concept to reality
- Realistic and pragmatic approach to objectives
- Committed to the job and its success
- Ability to interact professionally and comfortably at all levels within the organization (verbal, written, presentations)
- Presentation & communication skills
