MindGeek is looking to hire a Junior Product Manager

What You Will Be Doing

• Support external and internal partners and services in optimizing the collaboration on day-to-day basis;
• Finding opportunities to grow the business and reduce operating inefficiencies;
• Prioritizing product initiatives and services provided to support business interests;
• Identifying potential product performance risks and help mitigating them;
• Continuously growing the value of partnerships by building trust and ensuring reliability of our functions and services;
• Being a voice of and positively representing our organization at all times;
• Pro-actively sharing insights and supporting other functions in data-driven decision making;
• Desire to grow into a P&L product ownership role based on continuous outstanding performances;
• Other tasks related to product management.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Excellent mathematical knowledge and knowledge of statistics and data analytics;
• Proven success in managing projects;
• Interest or prior work experience in operating games as service;
• Passion for mobile and PC gaming and adult entertainment;
• Strong desire to permanently grow professionally;
• Collaborative, supportive mindset and willingness to communicate pro-actively with people on a daily basis;
• Fluency in English;
• Ability to strive in a fast-paced environment;
• Being self-motivated, competitive and results-oriented

Nice To Have

• Interest in Anime & Hentai culture;
• Intermediate (or better) language skills in Japanese;
