Job Description

easyMarkets is looking to hire a Junior Marketing Coordinator.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Assist the Head of Marketing Operations in overseeing the department’s projects
  • Day-to-day management of all the of the company’s social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and more
  • Schedule and deliver engaging multimedia content, company promotions, social media competitions, giveaways and other events across multiple platforms in all supported languages as per the Social Media Strategy
  • Coordinate the content creation activities with the creative team (content writers, designers, video editors, developers etc.)
  • Assist with campaigns and events, including planning, organizing, and execution
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
  • Support the team to ensure an efficient work flow when managing the creative aspects of various types of promotional campaigns
  • Manage the approval process for all creative content with Compliance, Legal and Risk departments
  • Coordinate the translation and proofreading of content with external agencies and internal teams and distribute to the marketing team for further processing and implementation
  • Create Tracking Links for media buy and social media campaigns and ensure they are properly implemented
  • Distribute digital communication messages to clients using push notifications, emails and appCues, after securing the appropriate approvals (from Legal, Risk Management or Senior
  • Management where applicable) and translations
  • Manage the Affiliates platform by onboarding new affiliates, while handing and retaining the communication with existing ones
  • Maintain and update the marketing materials on the Affiliates platform, ensuring that everything is up-to-date and relevant to current campaigns
  • Completion of on-demand daily or on-going tasks depending on the needs and requirements of the department

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or related field
  • Previous experience in FX or finance industry will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects
  • Passionate about learning new things and developing professionally
  • Team Player with strong work ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • The role is in Limassol, Cyprus
