Job Description

Job Solutions is looking to hire a Junior IT.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support all AV troubleshooting, including video conferencing and audio-conferencing room systems, projectors, digital screens, and other related equipment.
  • Troubleshooting for room systems, including microphones, ptz cameras, and desktop PC’s and laptops.
  • User account management through Microsoft.
  • Provide on-site warranty evaluation and repairs on institution owned equipment.
  • Perform system maintenance and updates as appropriate.
  • Provide staff with technology support, which includes troubleshooting operating systems, applications, and network issues, answering questions regarding application use, and the installation of software.
