Job Description

Peeperstone is looking to hire an IT Support Engineer.

We are looking for someone who has 3 years + expertise supporting all aspects of infrastructure in a mid-sized environment and enjoys the diverse aspects of such a role. The role requires someone who is passionate, can work at a fast pace, can work autonomously and in a team environment. This will suit someone who can adapt to change in a growing environment and be proactive, a communicator and enthusiastic in their approach.

 

We’d love to hear from people with experience and skills in these areas:

  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience providing high standards of customer service with regards to accuracy, timeliness and quality of service
  • Microsoft Windows
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Managing corporate devices using Microsoft InTune.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Onboarding new users with equipment
  • Induction process to our tools for new staff
  • Managing all computers and equipment for our Cyprus, UK and EMEA offices
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Network routing/switching
  • Google Licensing and licensing management
