IT Recruiter (f/m/d)

Your skills

• You are an experienced recruiter and have already successfully placed candidates into different positions
• You are enthusiastic about innovative IT topics and creative when contacting new candidates through direct approach (LinkedIn)
• You enjoy working with social media platforms and helping optimize our recruiting strategy
• You enjoy bringing candidates and our clients together and promote the development of new clients and projects
• You are goal-oriented and can work well both independently as well as in a team
• Fluent language skills in German and English is a must

Your tasks

• You support our team in national and international recruiting projects (Greece, Cyprus, Germany and UK)
• You recruit the right talent for our clients and effectively implement our recruiting strategies
• You work closely with our German and Greek team (Cologne/ Thessaloniki) on various      recruiting projects
• You support our candidates from the first contact to successful placement at the client
• You expand our talent pool with permanent networking through social media channels
• Through your proactive support, you ensure a sustainable collaboration with our clients
