The Role:

XM IS looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing Team and help propel our brand to exciting new levels. This role is varied and comes with a fair share of responsibility, as you will be involved in the implementation of the influencer strategy and ensure that all relevant activities are in keeping with our brand image, on a global scale.

As part of the Marketing Team, you will work closely with the Content, Social Media, and Design Teams to provide a clear vision and detailed briefs for both the content and creatives needed to successfully implement the company’s influencer marketing strategy.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Contribute to the execution of influencer strategies and campaigns that resonate and create genuine advocacy for our brand
• Coordinate and ensure the delivery of all company influencer activities
• Identify emerging trends within the space to ensure our approach remains relevant and engaging
• Research, identify, and build relationships with influencers appropriate for our brand
• Support in the negotiation of contracts with influencers and agents to ensure fair pricing
• Monitor the campaign budget to ensure ROI from influencer marketing is maximised
• Report back to the business on all influencer related activity, ensuring KPIs are met
• Analyse the data gleaned from activity and reporting to help better shape future strategies

Main requirements:

• Degree in social media, marketing, new media, or a related field
• At least 2 years of professional social media or influence marketing experience
• Experience within the forex industry will be considered an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to analyse and report on latest trends
• Effective time and project management skills in a professional setting
• Ability to collaborate and excel in a team environment
• High attention to detail
