TopFX is hiring a human resources manager in Limassol, Cyprus

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing – Sourcing CVs to fill open vacancies
• Interviews – Do the first interview to verify candidates
• Events – Organise company events for employees
• Payroll – Do the monthly payroll for employees
• Paperwork – Manage and maintain employee paperwork (documents, visas, contracts etc)
• Mentor – Advise and mentor employees in order to assist them to fit the company’s culture as well as to help them with any kind of issue that affect their performance
• Review – Conduct employee reviews and management questionnaires

Requirements:

• Have 1-3 years of HR experience
• Have good presence on LinkedIn
• Be the best sourer / headhunter
• Know how to talk to people
• Be social and conversational
• Know basic arithmetics and Microsoft excel
• Be well organised
