HR Manager (m/f/d)

Hiring: Full-time permanent position

Location: Thessaloniki

For our partner company based in Greece, we are currently looking for an HR Manager (m/f/d)

 

What you can expect:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by handling claims, complaints and other issues
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team
  • Support current and future business needs by developing, retaining, motivating and retaining human capital
  • Develop and oversee overarching HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Promote a positive work environment
  • Oversee and administer a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance
  • Maintaining the salary plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs and oversee training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the human resource management process

 

Your skills:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or other relevant HR leader.
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Proven experience with human resource metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to design strategies and leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and effectively maintain interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • A degree in human resources or related field would be an asset
