Job Description

SquaredFinancial SC is looking for a Head of Sales executive to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible building a sales strategy, a team of Account Executives across enterprise and mid-market sales. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.

About the Role

  • Create and update plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
  • Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
  • Promote company and personally help close largest deals.
  • Work with new and established markets to build company’s presence in various markets.
  • Work closely with the other departments to ensure the smooth run of all sales department aspects and optimise the customer journey.
  • Identify issues and provide the best possible solutions.
  • Establish any requirements needed to meet company’s sales objectives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to the management for the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships and relationships with key customers.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction & professional communication.
  • Review and approve client agreements.
  • Ensure increase on client portfolio, focusing on a profitable business model
  • Ensure that sales team members are properly on-boarded trained, retained and developing their knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure that sales team follow company’s policies and procedures as it concerns the company’s Sales Manual (maintain CRM up to date, following regulations, etc.,)
  • Managing sales budget, incentive plans, and team expenditures.

 

About you

  • 5 years of experience as acting Head of Sales in a Forex/Fintech industry is a must.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices and the ability to transfer this knowledge and act as a mentor to all the team members.
  • Proven experience of building teams with successful individuals.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
