Job Description

Exness is looking to hire a Head of Enterprise Risk.

Your role at Exness:

Currently, risk management is performed in a decentralized way, your duty will be to connect with our vision and the corporate ideology and help us design & continuously improve the Operational Risk Framework while building strong links with the other core functions within Exness.


You will:

  • Design the Risk Management Standards Framework for the organization (processes, frameworks, templates etc.);
  • Develop an organizational structure for risk management and coordinate work of risk-related employees;
  • Be in charge of identifying, assessing, reporting, and managing (material) internal and external risks;
  • Define the level of risk the company is willing to take;
  • Develop staff expertise and skills in the area of risk management;
  • Promote risk-awareness culture;
  • Maintain ongoing communication to senior stakeholders (CEO & COO) and escalation where needed;
  • Conduct policy and compliance audits, which will include liaising with internal and external auditors;
  • Prepare risk management and insurance budgets;
  • Create business continuity plans;
  • Implement health and safety measures;
  • Maintain records of insurance policies and claims;
  • Review any new major contracts or internal business proposals;
  • Develop Risk Mitigation Action Plans;
  • Stay abreast of current industry standards and advice the main stakeholders on best practices;


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Law, Business, Finance, or Risk Management certification;
  • You have 10+ years of experience in risk management and are highly preferred in financial services, Trading, Fintech, IT, Payments, Gaming industry experience;
  • Monitoring, planning and organizational skills;
  • You’re able to think strategically, navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems;
  • Worked prior in a matrixed, cross-functional environment, collaborate with a geographically dispersed team;
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining effective risk management programs is essential;
  • Highly experienced in Risk mitigation practices;
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities;
  • Good judgment to provide advice, question discrepancies, escalate issues;
  • Comfortable with Change;
  • Fluency in written and verbal English language skills;
