Job Description

FP Markets is looking to hire a Group HR Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Manage the recruiting, selection process, and on-boarding processes. Work with management to ensure the selection of the right candidates for all positions.
  • Develop and execute best practices for hiring and global talent search and database management and build a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Manage the performance management process and facilitate improvement of performance management systems and training for the global team.
  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations on KPIs, performance etc.
  • Collaborates with our Training & Education team to ensure all new joiners are onboarded to the Company efficiently and given the appropriate level of training.
  • Responsibility for managing the ongoing continuous professional development of the global team ensuring consistent levels of expertise across all offices.
  • Lead development and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies, plans, and initiatives including the design and implementation of a training, mentoring and professional development and succession plans.
  • Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; productivity, recognition, morale; occupational health and safety, employee events and experience;
  • Maintain a high-quality central HR function, including appropriate technology, systems and tools, including the use of metrics and people data to inform key decisions;
  • Provides support to the people managers in managing their teams.
  • Provide tools and guidelines to support and implement policies and procedures, domestic and international employment agreements, development of office employee manuals.
  • Ensure Companies within the group have suitable policies appropriate for their relevant entities and are compliant with relevant laws & regulatory requirements from an HR perspective (eg. GDPR).

 

Candidate Profile

  • Educated to degree level in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Relevant HR qualifications.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Greek is also an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and collaboratively about staff development and training.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, departments & offices across the organization across different time zones.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex, decentralized and geographically diverse organizational structure.
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational skills and initiative.
  • Ability to build rapport with employees across the organization.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive and strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
  • The ideal candidate will exhibit: an ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner; demonstrated ability to produce results, prioritize and perform a variety of tasks on short notice within demanding deadlines; and proven ability to work under pressure.
