It is currently looking to recruit Front Desk Officer in Limassol.
The responsibilities of the successful candidate shall include amongst others:
- providing management and members of staff with support on daily operations,
- office meetings and travel scheduling,
- documents management and mail distribution,
- office supplies management,
- switchboard handling,
- greeting and handling visitors
- ad hoc projects
- performing other clerical duties and related tasks as required.
- Customer service orientation
- Presentable with a positive attitude
- Fluent business level Greek and English
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Able to demonstrate initiative and reliability
- Team player with interpersonal skills
- Time management and organisation skills
