XM is looking to hire a Financial Products Analyst.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Performing competitive analysis on all products and highlighting potential improvements
• Producing high quality reports on regular time internals for new financial products
• Keeping up to date with market information and monitoring trends in all instruments with emphasis on news announcements, earnings releases, and corporate actions
• Ensuring that clients have access to up-to-date market and pricing information
• Obtaining pricing from Liquidity providers
• Monitoring the functioning of all trading systems and platforms
• Monitoring spreads and their competitiveness on a daily basis
• Monitoring and maintaining the costs related to the tradable instruments (swaps, commissions,
• spreads etc.) in line with the market standards
• Cooperating closely and effectively with other departments as necessary

Main requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or any other relevant degree
• CFA qualification or studying towards CFA is also considered an advantage
• Experience in a similar position is considered an advantage
• Working knowledge of different trading platforms (MT4, MT5) is also considered an advantage
• Good knowledge of financial markets with emphasis on forex, equities, and futures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• Any programming skills (Python) will be considered an advantage
