Staycaee is looking to hire a Field Operations Associate.

Duties:

• Assist our Operation Team in the set-up of the apartments.
• Assist with apartment viewings and assist our guests to check-in.
• Be the main point of contact between our guests and the Customer Experience team
• Complete small maintenance tasks while needed to ensure a positive guest experience
• Supervise handyman while working on resolving an emergency in our apartments (locksmith, plumber, etc.).
• Assist in different types of tasks to prepare apartments for the next clients (delivery of small items, key copies, supervising the work of contractors, etc )

Requirements

• A ‘doer’ mentality, willingness to spend time on the ground between our apartments.
• Fluent level of English Problem solver, with a good eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
• A positive, confident, upbeat, and friendly personality
• Entry-level handyman skills
