Job Description

Exness is looking for a Facility Officer to join our People department in Limassol, Cyprus. If you are a committed, driven and enthusiastic professional, we would love to hear from you. The role includes providing an efficient and friendly 1st line support across a range of different systems for users.

You will:

  • Assemble/disassemble office equipment, setup office spaces according to the internal standards and needs;
  • Monitor and control the office security systems, create alarm codes, respond on alerts and vendor management;
  • Monitor and manage the facility insurances;
  • Ensure facilities are well maintained according to the customer needs and governmental regulations;
  • Perform Service Desk duties, attending to user problems received via phone/email/chat, set up printers, applications, troubleshoot TCP/IP issues;
  • Maintain the computer systems, ensure the smooth and seamless running and fixing problems as they arise;
  • Train end users in the use of equipment and/or software when required;
  • Support customers from multiple buildings in the area;
  • Allocate, troubleshoot, tag, and maintain accessories, and A/V conferencing equipment by following internal policies and procedures;
  • Install, configure software and hardware, work on regular updates, and respond to other system related queries;
  • Provide technical support to various company events;
  • Configure, assemble and operate sound and visual equipment;
  • Update existing knowledge base articles as they are used;
  • Work with Infrastructure and other teams to develop a knowledge base based on incidents and customer experience;

 

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience as a System Administrator (office systems), IT technician;
  • Strong customer service and problem solving skills;
  • willingness to learn new technologies;
  • Troubleshooting skills in MS Windows, Mac OS X, iOS;
  • Troubleshooting skills in Jira/Confluence/G Suite;
  • Troubleshooting skills in MS Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to work, prioritise and make decisions independently;
  • Pro-activity and self-learning skills;
  • Fluent in English; Russian and Greek would be considered an advantage;
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Previous experience in troubleshooting Servers, Switches, WiFi access points is considered an advantage;
