Exness is looking to hire a Events Management Lead.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Corporate/strategy (6 events a year);
• Social/community (~10/month);
• Management team buildings (2 events per year);
• New year and Summer company-wide events

The ideal candidate has:

• Solid experience of planning and organizing offline events of up to 3000 people with a complex agenda;
• CxO customer management experience from agency side of corporate;
• Experience in organizing VIP events (security, confidentiality, celebrity-like riders, custom-tailored trips, accommodations, food & entertainment);
• Successful experience of balancing unrestrained creative genius with the latest technology and practical implementation constraints;
• Experience with high-end videography is a plus;
• Outstanding attention to detail;
• Paranoiac need to re-check everything and have a contingency plan B, C, D etc.;
• Outstanding vendor management skills;
• Excellent English.
