Job Description

Exness is looking to hire a Country Manager, Africa (Internal Applicants Only).

Your role at Exness:

You will be responsible for the commercial growth, development, and management for the assigned region/country. Your primary goal will be to grow the market position and revenue of the company by providing hands-on leadership of the commercial team.

 

You will:

  • Be the “owner” of the company’s business goals, processes, and results in the respective region.
  • Work closely with the regional commercial director for country-level strategy.
  • Formulate and lead market-development strategies for growth.
  • Manage a team of key account managers, building a pipeline of new potential partners and premier accounts and functionally manage and coordinate retail sales, marketing, and customer teams.
  • Support teams for cohesive country management.
  • Develop a deep understanding of their respective markets, competitive analysis, and partner business activities while being accountable for the delivery of trading volume (revenue) for the respective country.
  • Manage existing key partner relationships and coordinate issue resolution, as well as participate in related industry, partner, and client events.

 

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in country or national sales leadership
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in key account sales
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Relevant certification and licenses in the respective market
  • Experience working in the finance industry
  • Expertise in the payment system
  • Extensive experience in managing professional and institutional clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, in the local language and English
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail
  • Professional and cooperative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with business partners, subject specialists, and peers.
