Squared Financial is looking for a Compliance and AML Senior Manager.

Job Role:

• Assessing and ongoing monitoring of the constant compliance of the company with all applicable regulatory and legislative provisions
• Ensuring that the company continues to remain in compliance with CySEC regulations
• Working closely with all departments to ensure continued compliance
• Keeping up to date with regulatory requirements and guidelines and assisting with updating company procedures and policies where necessary to ensure continued compliance
• Reviewing, approving, and monitoring marketing communication for compliance with regulations
• Reviewing and controlling marketing materials and publications
• Producing and submitting compliance reports to CySEC
• Reviewing and controlling marketing materials and publications
• Educating and training employees on matters that are associated with regulations and industry practices
• Ensuring and verifying that all regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated.

Experience & Qualifications

• Law Degree, the completion of the legal practice and success in the Cyprus Bar Association exams will be considered an advantage
• CySEC Advanced Examination and/or AML Examination is a must
• 5 years of previous experience in Compliance and AML within the financial services
• Previous experience in reading and interpreting regulations, laws, and statutes.
