Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Chef De Partie, to work within their Taverna which is located in a Luxury 5* Resort Hotel on the outskirts of Paphos.

The position is long term (12 months a year) and not seasonal.

Accommodation is available if required

Job Description

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting various dishes
  • Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
  • Assisting the team to develop new dishes and menus
  • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow HACCP regulations
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Greek / Mediterranean cuisine
  • EU National
