In FM Games, we are looking to expand our finance team with a set of energetic and ambitious people who will embark on this exciting journey with us. We are looking for a CFO/Country manager that would be ready to join our team.

CFO/Country Manager Responsibilities:

• Liaising with head office and shareholders
• Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Manage every aspect of our operation in-country
• Directly supervise the finance/accounting/treasury department
• Coordinating the annual budgeting process
• Work with external auditors and authorities regarding regulatory filings, audit financials, and other requirements
• Maintaining a good image of the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or accounting (Master’s degree or MBA, preferred)
• 10 years’ work experience, preferably in management/senior role
• Experience in tech/gaming sectors a plus
• Strong organizational management skills
• Good people skills, sensitivity to different cultural norms
• Willingness to learn
