Staycaee  is looking to hire a Business Development Manager and Guest Relations Associate.

Duties:

• Researching and sourcing qualified properties via market investigation (landlords, developers, estate agencies etc.)
• Presenting company’s value proposition, the essence of our business and the benefits of our product and services to landlords, estate agents and partners
• Working closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process of the new property
• Be the main point of contact between our guests and the company
• Receiving complex inquiries from guests and then deciding the right way to resolve the issues while ensuring an excellent client experience
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to work along with the Operations team in resolving property management related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of the Real Estate Market
• Can-do attitude & getting things done
• Strong communication skills and with an eye- to- detail approach
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Fluent in English
• Computer literate
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Problem- solving attitude
• Flexibility to work during weekends
