Job Description
ASBIS is looking to hire a Business Development Director (own brand).
Key Functions:
- Product strategy development in a line with Brand positioning and market trends
- Managing the team of business development managers of different product categories and product managers
- Cooperation and relationship management with Chinese Suppliers
- Sales Management through Local offices in cooperation with local management
- KPI Management required by company, PSI, projects, ROI, cost control
- Closest cooperation with teams & departments: sales, marketing, QA&QC, warranty, sales, tech support, reputation management
- RMA analysis and control
- Intellectual Property Rights management related to the branded products
- Provision funds and price policy management
Main Requirements:
- 5+ years of Sales / Product Marketing experience of Consumer Electronics or goods
- Marketing oriented, well developed product marketing skills
- Experienced in management
- Experienced with supply planning and inventory management
- Highly organized and structured, good analytical skills, responsible, team player, leader, able to resolve conflicts
- Working experience on an international landscape is an advantage
- Able to communicate equally with internal & external partners to gain commitment and support
- Fluency in English
