Job Description

ASBIS is looking to hire a Business Development Director (own brand).

Key Functions:

  • Product strategy development in a line with Brand positioning and market trends
  • Managing the team of business development managers of different product categories and product managers
  • Cooperation and relationship management with Chinese Suppliers
  • Sales Management through Local offices in cooperation with local management
  • KPI Management required by company, PSI, projects, ROI, cost control
  • Closest cooperation with teams & departments: sales, marketing, QA&QC, warranty, sales, tech support, reputation management
  • RMA analysis and control
  • Intellectual Property Rights management related to the branded products
  • Provision funds and price policy management


Main Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Sales / Product Marketing experience of Consumer Electronics or goods
  • Marketing oriented, well developed product marketing skills
  • Experienced in management
  • Experienced with supply planning and inventory management
  • Highly organized and structured, good analytical skills, responsible, team player, leader, able to resolve conflicts
  • Working experience on an international landscape is an advantage
  • Able to communicate equally with internal & external partners to gain commitment and support
  • Fluency in English
