Doo Group is looking to hire a Business Analyst.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding stakeholder requirements within a Forex broker and having the expertise and confidence in being able to communicate the said requirements to the development team. Most requirements will be driven by Sales and Backoffice Management Teams
• Identify gaps between requirements and product or services proposed. Propose solutions to said gaps based on understanding of the industry
• Interpret and analyze business requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems
• Construct working flowcharts, diagram and business requirements document based on business requirements analysis
• Design system function and write functional specifications for application development and testing
• Monitor project progress and resolve any problems that may arise
• Working with product designer for wireframes
• Draw a functional prototype when necessary
• Responsible for overseeing user acceptance test (UAT) and conduct user training

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have:

• 2 years of business analysis experience or sales experience in Forex Broker
• Good documentation writing and user testing experience
• Required language(s): English
• Added Advantage: Proficient in Mandarin/Chinese
• Excellent communicator with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Available to travel
• Flexible and adaptable

Advantageous:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Familiar with business requirements analysis and writing business requirements documentation (BRDs)
• Good understanding of the software development life cycle
• Experience in Azure, flowchart tool, mind Mapping Tool is preferred
