Pepperstone is looking to hire a Banking & Accounts Officer.

The Role:

Our Banking & Accounts Officers are responsible for ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely responses to client and internal team queries. Day-to-day, you will assist in processing deposits and withdrawals, support the team with client money reconciliations, and liaise with banks and third-party payment providers. This role also plays a key part in identifying potential money laundering and fraudulent transactions and escalating them to our compliance team.

Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to internal teams & clients
• Ability to maintain excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills and dedication to continuous process improvements
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Intermediary skills in Microsoft Excel
• Desire and commitment to ongoing learning and development

Ideally, you’ll also have an understanding of banking and accounts systems and a qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related areas and enjoy working in a dynamic global team.
