Objectives:

  • Enable service management within required Bang & Olufsen service KPIs.
  • Minimize service issues via the proper arrangement of service processes.
  • Meet customer’s expectations for service performance.
  • Enable effective communication to the team and internal processes follow up.
  • Enable effective spare parts stock control, returns and replenishment.
  • fast RMA stock turnaround and compensation for customers and Company.
  • Minimize service operations cost via optimized and efficient management of service processes.

 

Requirements:

  • Master degree. Finance with Technical background.
  • Work experience of minimum 2 years on service management positions.
  • Strong computer user and technical skills.
  • Fluency in English, Russian
  • Highly dynamic, self-starter who uses own initiatives to maximize value of Company
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at different phases of implementation and drive to results in timely and top-quality manner
