Job Description

IQ Option is opening a vacancy for a Back-Office Officer.

The working schedule for this position is Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays from 12:00 to 21:00 including one-hour break. This schedule will be subject to change in the future.

Responsibilities of our future teammate:

  • Process Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and procedures;
  • Perform database screening and resolve/investigate possible matches;
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring of Know Your Customer documentation, ensuring clients’ data is up to date;
  • Assist and collaborate with other departments with regards to review, monitoring of accounts and other applicable verification tasks;
  • Process tickets from the Support department related to clients’ verification and onboarding documentation;
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and security of the processed documentation;
  • Maintain awareness about all updates related to internal procedures;
  • Request and process additional data for clients’ verification in the irregular cases;
  • Perform translation of documents (if needed);
  • Assist with any other tasks assigned by a supervisor or head of the department.

 

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Experience in CDD/KYC in a regulated environment
  • Holder of CYSEC Advanced Certificate will be considered an advantage
  • Proficiency and excellent writing skills in English
  • Knowledge of Arabic (A2+) or other languages will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work with Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack and generally computer literate
  • Analytical mindset, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills
  • The successful candidate is expected to start within max. 1 month since the offer has been made
