David Kennedy Recruitment is looking to hire a Back Office Officer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform (KYC) procedures to all potential and existing clients, in line with company’s & regulatory requirements
- Oversee daily execution of tasks related to client deposits, client withdrawals, account opening/maintenance and closures
- Archiving of all relevant documents in CRM (agreements, contracts, confirmations etc.)
- Live chat support
- In addition to the above duties, the employee may be assigned ad-hoc tasks.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written. Fluency in Arabic is considered a plus
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in back office roles in FX industry
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and target-oriented.
- Ability to work Monday – Friday 18:00 – 02:00.
