Job Description

Grecian Hotels is looking to hire a Assistant Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments and ensure they are running efficiently
  • Provide support and guidance to department heads and team members
  • Respond to guests’ complaints, inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety regulations
  • Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all hotel departments and external partners
  • Ensure the hotel is compliant with HACCP and ISO standards, participate in their implementation

 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Greek and German is a must
  • Prior experience in a hotel environment is desirable, but not mandatory
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and be trained on HACCP and ISO standards
