Job Description
Grecian Hotels is looking to hire a Assistant Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments and ensure they are running efficiently
- Provide support and guidance to department heads and team members
- Respond to guests’ complaints, inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety regulations
- Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all hotel departments and external partners
- Ensure the hotel is compliant with HACCP and ISO standards, participate in their implementation
Requirements:
- Fluency in Greek and German is a must
- Prior experience in a hotel environment is desirable, but not mandatory
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and be trained on HACCP and ISO standards
