Melco Resorts is looking to hire a Assistant Manager, Database Administration.

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager, Database Administration, is responsible for the maintenance, integrity, and the security of the membership database, technical, system and various administrative tasks related to the Casino Marketing department.

Primary Responsibilities

Supports the operation team on administrative tasks and system maintenance to accommodate requests including:

Operational

• Database Segmentation
• Database Projection and Forecasting
• Creates Regular and Ad-Hoc analysis reports
• Assists in Marketing plan and budget
• Conducts E-Draws, upon request
• Performs Proforma Analysis for events and promotional campaigns
• Prepares and conducts Monte Carlo, as well as other simulations
• Performs segmentation analysis
• Develops campaigns, SMS, and outbound sales lists
• Suggests, designs, creates, and supports promotional campaigns
• Designs and creates non-casino games/tournaments to be played by customers
• Supervises live, non-casino stage games on gaming floo
• Develops User Interface using available software or existing functionalities of Microsoft tools. (Macros, queries etc.)
• Business Development Analysis
• Constructs the incentive program structure
• Maintains and develops player designation process
• CRM management
• BI tool management
• Liaises with various BUs to assist with decision making and strategic decisions
• Systems:
• Responsible for System configuration & maintenance of Casino Marketing Systems, Database and Promotions
• Liaises with Accounting for proper allocation of costs within Marketing Department.
• Performs UAT in cooperation with BU’s of all new casino systems / enhancements before deployment to operations / Go Live
• Assists the Manager in preparing and testing new system related to Resorts Marketing department
• SOP:
• Liaises with Business Process and assist Marketing Compliance to maintain and prepare the Departmental Operational Manual and SOP of Casino Marketing
• Establishes the operational procedures for database administration to ensure the membership database is well maintained and accurate

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Senior role in any of the following: Data Analysis, Promotion & Campaigns Analysis, Market Research, Operations Research, Statistical Modeling, Machine
• Learning
• Knowledge in membership loyalty programs and casino systems will be considered as a plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or other STEM field, BI, Data Analysis, or any other relevant field

Skills / Competencies

• Knowledge of SQL. Additionally, knowledge of MS Access, Tableau, or other relevant software will be considered a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel in Data Analysis, Graphs & Charts, Pivot Tables. Experience with VBA and Macros is preferred
• Knowledge and experience in Data Analysis and/or Machine Learning in Python and/ or R will be considered a plus
• Fluent in spoken & written English, knowledge of spoken or written other language is advantageous
