Job Description

Sigma Bakeries is looking to hire a Assistant General Manager.

The candidate:

  • University degree in management, business administration or other related field
  • 3+ years of general management experience in HORECA industry
  • Leadership and managerial skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
  • Fluent in English and conversational Greek

 

The Job:

  • Manage the operation of all departments
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans
  • Set SMART goals and clear performance expectations
  • Verify that all departments meet or exceed the expected levels of performance
  • Manage financial investments and business activities
  • Lead, supervise and coach departmental managers
  • Review financial and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity, efficiency and goal achievement and determine areas of improvement
  • Lead digital transformation
