Job Description

Exness is looking to hire a Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Monitoring Specialist.

Your role at Exness:

You will be responsible for monitoring and investigating suspicious and fraudulent activities of clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure a secure and controlled environment by identifying any high-risk transactions or customers to prevent fraudulent activity. You will work on various products and projects to provide the best possible experience for our traders in a team of professionals with different skill sets who support each other in delivering impactful results.

 

You will:

  • Process alerts of trading and non-trading fraud.
  • Monitor financial transactions (customer deposits and withdrawals).
  • Analyze data to find irregular client activity patterns and abnormal behavior.
  • Collate information to identify potential system faults and prevent abuse issues.
  • Conduct fraud case management of suspicious clients: detection, analysis, actions, and post monitoring.
  • Work with relevant departments to follow up and close cases.
  • Perform multiple global monitoring for clients and activities.
