Engino is hiring an Amazon and eCommerce Specialist.

Job Description

The role will work closely with the Digital Marketing team to elevate Engino’s presence and revenue on Amazon and other digital sales channels by developing and maintaining business opportunities in the digital experience.


Your Day-To-Day

  • Maintain a P&L in Amazon markets and eCommerce.
  • Analyze, monitor, and report on online sales channels using excel functions and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate content uniformity in digital sales channels by liaising with other teams in the creative design and product development departments.
  • Create, and manage new listings on Amazon and eCommerce.
  • Create, update and segment audience emails and contacts through a CRM.
  • Optimize campaigns, backend and listing keywords to increase visibility and traffic both on Amazon and ecommerce.
  • Process FBM orders and promptly replenish inventory to maintain a healthy in-stock rate in sales channels.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, review customer feedback and help develop and implement better processes based on data.
  • Run research on market trends, competition, including logistics and pricing.
  • Identify and resolve sales and campaign performance issues.
  • Be proactive on Amazon marketplace changes, inform stakeholders of possible or necessary adjustments of business operations.
  • Support in launching new markets and various Amazon Programs such as Transparency, Amazon Logistics and Omnichannel order fulfilment.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned related to the development of the online sales business.


Who you are:

  • Well rounded, with 2+ years’ hands on experience in e-commerce management and performance marketing (Google Ads and Amazon DSP experience is a big plus!).
  • Knowledgeable, you understand SEO and SEM techniques.
  • You have a knack for operational performance and are hungry to learn all matters online sales.
  • Team player, able to work effectively within a collaborative, and cross-functional environment.
  • Analytical, can comprehend, analyze, and present a data story.
  • Fluent in English (Greek language is a plus).
  • Resilient, you are adaptive with a positive demeanor.

The position is permanent at the ENGINO® headquarters in Cyprus Limassol, with an attractive pay package, depending on qualifications and experience including 13th salary.
