Job Description

Doo Group is looking to hire a Admin Executive.

Job Duties:

  • Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Managing and assisting day to day general office administration work, operational, and coordination.
  • Monitor office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required.
  • Asset/Equipment management.
  • Assign equipment & stationery to new employees and keep track of stock.
  • Keep Cyprus Office’s General Management records updated.
  • Manage for snacks, fruit and drinks supply.
  • Coordination with couriers and suppliers.
  • Manage and monitor the upkeep, cleaning and maintenance of the office by creating comfortable work environment, maintaining office condition and arrange necessary repairs and green.
  • Support staff with requests when needed.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments when requested.
  • Assist in company events organisation, provide logistic management, and travel arrangement.
  • Maintain the company petty cash, make necessary payments, keep record of invoices and receipts and submit proper documentation for petty cash reimbursement on a monthly basis.
  • Participate in monthly group General Management meetings and make a presentation for the current and following month’s activities.
  • Travel to other region when needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven experience as office admin, administration manager, or other related role, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Have global office management exposure will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in English. Greek and/or Mandarin will be considered as an advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental policies.
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • A friendly, mannerly, energetic and proactive person willing to learn.
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A team player.
