Job Description

  • Book-keeping of group companies with different operations
  • Management of Billing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Revenue Recognition and Cost Accounting
  • Preparation of budget
  • Coordination of regulatory reporting; Liaising with auditors;
  • Cooperation with clients with the month-end and year-end closes
  • Coordination with client to manage reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Development and documentation of processes
  • Reviewing daily post and dealing with general telephone enquires
  • Working with Registrar, control of new regulations and Law
  • Liaising with banks, experience to make payments
  • Accruing interest as per loan agreements,
  • Preparation VAT/VIES reports,
  • Calculation and payment of Social Insurance and PAYE Tax
