GoMining

remote

BDM (Affiliates & Partnerships) Europe

GoMining is a Bitcoin cloud-mining platform that has grown into a full crypto ecosystem: Digital Miners, the GOMINING token, GoMining Card, Wallet, Simple Earn, the VIP programme and Miner Wars. We’re growing fast and plan to multiply sales next year. A large part of that growth will come from partners who already have big audiences. This role brings those partners in across Europe. We’re hiring one BDM per region, and this position covers the European market. You’ll find and sign affiliates and partners with large networks in Europe: crypto exchanges and media, iGaming operators and affiliate networks, brokers, fintech players, streamers and influencer agencies. Our offer to them is one of the strongest on the market: a high commission on every sale their audience makes, plus a lifetime revenue share. Your job is to put that offer in front of the right people and close the deal. This is not a desk job and not mass cold outreach. You’ll spend much of your time in the field, at conferences, expos and meetings across Europe, holding live negotiations every day. You’ll be one of the first members of a regional BD team we’re building from scratch. Your income grows directly with the volume your partners bring in, and the bonus is uncapped. What you’ll do Hunting: find the partners who matter Map the partners with the biggest reach in Europe: crypto (exchanges, wallets, media, communities), iGaming and gambling (operators, affiliate networks, streamers), brokers (forex, CFD, investment platforms), fintech and payments, large media and influencer agencies. Work the field: attend crypto, iGaming, affiliate and fintech conferences across Europe, book meetings in advance and close partnerships on site. Use your own network and local reputation to get in front of decision-makers, not just whoever answers an email. Closing: run the full cycle Own every deal end to end: first contact, negotiation, agreeing terms, onboarding, launching traffic and the first sales. Negotiate with founders and senior management, and show clearly what partnering with GoMining is worth to them and their audience. When a partner says no, find out why and bring that back so we can sharpen the offer. Growing: turn partners into volume Grow the partners you’ve signed: higher volume, new formats, and special offers for their audiences. Keep your pipeline up to date in the CRM, report weekly on the funnel, and file a short results report after every trip. Share what you see in the European market (competitor offers, partner expectations, local payment specifics) with the team. What success looks like First month: you know the product and the partner offer inside out, your Europe pipeline is mapped, and your conference and meeting calendar for the next quarter is set. First 3 months: you’re running a steady rhythm of in-person meetings, your first partnerships are signed and live, and the first sales are coming in through your partners. Ongoing: we measure you on new active partners per month, sales volume and revenue from those partners, and how well your meetings convert into signed deals. Requirements 3+ years in business development, partnerships or affiliate management in crypto, iGaming, gambling, brokerage or fintech. Your own network in Europe (affiliates, networks, operators, media). This is the main requirement. A track record of closing large partnership deals, with numbers you can walk us through. Confidence negotiating with founders and senior management. Readiness to travel a lot to conferences and meetings across Europe. A hunter mindset: proactive, fast-paced, driven by results and money. Fluent English. Would be a plus A European language beyond English: German, Spanish, Italian, French, Polish or another language of the region. A personal reputation in the local crypto, affiliate or iGaming community. A strong grasp of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, hybrid) and traffic. Experience with large affiliate networks and streamers. Knowledge of payment specifics in European markets. Benefits Sales-driven pay: a fixed salary plus an uncapped bonus on the sales volume your partners bring in. A travel and conference budget for field work across Europe. Fast decisions and direct access to the head of the direction. Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage). Work-life fit: remote format with flexible hours across international teams. Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year. Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).

Commercial & Pricing Analyst

We are looking for a Commercial & Pricing Analyst. In this role, you will work daily with sales dynamics and margin performance across markets, suppliers, and partners. It is not just about reviewing numbers — it is about understanding what stands behind them: which processes, decisions, and business factors drive the trends. You will identify the root causes of performance changes, develop well-reasoned recommendations within existing pricing models, and support their implementation together with the commercial team. This position requires a data-driven mindset, confidence in working with large data sets, and the ability to structure information and make balanced decisions. The role involves a high level of autonomy and personal responsibility for the accuracy of conclusions and their financial impact on the business. This is a remote position. Monitor daily sales dynamics across multiple segments: brand, country, supplier, key company partners, suppliers, and business lines. Analyze multiple core metrics in combination to get a comprehensive picture. Work confidently with large datasets; identify key events and business changes behind the numbers and graphs. Deeply immerse yourself in business processes and identify root causes for metric changes. Develop solutions that drive positive trend-level changes. Collaborate with other teams to implement agreed-upon decisions, provide well-reasoned justification for proposed measures, build action plans, and monitor results. Present results clearly using charts and numbers. Defend the company’s interests and provide well-reasoned refusals under pressure, when required. Communicate daily with the commercial team, dive into the specifics of each market, collect feedback, structure and aggregate received information, and present it in summary form. Ensure the quality of collected data, clarify and verify suspicious or potentially inaccurate information with related teams. Process internal requests regarding price discrepancies with competitors, verify data accuracy, make pricing decisions, and issue discounts. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in analytics, pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics, or related functions. English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher (both spoken and written). Strong analytical skills: ability to work with multiple metrics and analytical tools simultaneously, understand business processes behind the numbers, pay close attention to details and identify root causes of changes. Advanced Excel skills (cubes, pivot tables, complex formulas, charts). Basic SQL skills: ability to read and modify existing queries, write simple queries to extract data from multiple tables. Experience working with large data sets, high attention to detail, and structured/systematic thinking. Experience with BI tools is a plus. Benefits Flexible schedules and the opportunity to work remotely. An ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together. Internal programs for onboarding and training, development of soft skills and leadership abilities. Partial compensation for participation in external training and conferences. Corporate English school: group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world. Corporate rates on hotels and travel services. MyTime Day Off – an extra non-working day with full compensation. Learn more about our data protection practices in our Privacy Policy: https://emergingtravel.notion.site/recruitment-privacy-notice
